Opening - Guided Studies Teacher Assistant

The Teacher Assistant assists the Guided Studies teacher in providing Christ-centered, age-appropriate activities that encourage social, physical, intellectual, creative, emotional, and spiritual growth for students with educational disabilities and learning difficulties.

This is a part-time position for the 2025-2026 school year, offering 20-25 hours per week. Typical hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:45 AM - 3:15 PM, though exact hours may vary based on teacher schedules. The position is expected to start mid-August 2025. A competitive wage is offered, based on experience.

Preferred qualifications include being a member in good standing of a WELS congregation who lives the Christian faith, the ability to relate joyfully and respectfully to children with learning differences, the ability to work cooperatively with others, handle crises, and experience working with or teaching children.
